Bikram yoga challenges me and calms me both physically and mentally in varying measures every time I practise.  Apart from the overall health benefits, practising Bikram yoga has enriched my life in ways that I could not have anticipated.   Ultimately, I am happier in my own skin thanks to Bikram yoga.  Teaching this wonderful yoga is a privilege, every single class.  I look forward to seeing you in the hot room.
