Ideal for those looking to complete 30 consecutive days of regular practice of 2 or more classes per week and/or wishing to complete one of our 30 day challenges.
You will notice improvements and feel amazing after just one month of regular practice.
To fully get to grips with your yoga practice, we recommended new students initially practice 2 - 3 times a week for about three months. If you are thinking along these lines then have a look at our monthly subscription membership as this is the best option for memberships longer than 30 days.
