                    Separate Workshops for Standing Series & Floor Series

                    

 

 

Beginner Workshops are held at the Victoria studio every Saturday at 1pm. Each Workshop is 90 minutes and focuses either on the Floor or Standing Series.

 

Students must have practiced at least 3 classes before attending.

 

Lead by Bill Thwaites or Lorraine Bell these workshops will motivate & inspire you.

 

Bill Thwaites is one of the UK’s most knowledgeable yoga teachers with over 2000 hours of teaching experience.  His knowledge and understanding has helped transform the lives of many people suffering from health issues, sports injuries, back pain, and the numerous problems many people suffer from as they get older.

 

Lorraine Bell has a wealth of experience teaching Bikram yoga to various student groups; Launching the UK’s first ever pregnancy yoga classes which use Rajashree Choudhury’s modifications to the series, she also spearheads kids and teens yoga classes – coaching the youth team for National and International competition.  Lorraine specializes in teaching private sessions to those suffering with back and neck disorders, as well as pre & post surgery.
