Enhance your understanding and learn a few hot tips in our Bikram Yoga Beginners Workshop. Designed for students in their first few months of practice, having taken at least 3 classes so far.

Lead by Bill Thwaites or Lorraine Bell this workshop will motivate & inspire you.

Bill Thwaites, is one of the UK’s most knowledgeable yoga teachers with over 2000 hours of teaching experience. His knowledge and understanding has helped transform the lives of many people suffering from health issues, sports injuries, back pain and the numerous problems many people suffer from as they get older.

Lorraine Bell has a wealth of experience teaching Bikram yoga to various student groups; Launching the UK’s first ever pregnancy yoga classes which use Rajashree Choudhury’s modifications to the series, she also spearheads kids and teens yoga classes - coaching the youth team for National and International competition. Lorraine specializes in teaching private sessions to those suffering with back and neck disorders, as well as pre & post surgery.

Beginners Workshops are held at our Victoria Studio on Saturdays at 1pm
