The 10 Class Pack is ideal for those who practice once a week or wish to drop in as and when they can.

You will notice improvements and feel great, dropping in as and when you can, however to gain the full benefits of your yoga practice it is recommended you commit yourself to about three months of more frequent practice (2 - 3 times a week)  - in which case our month subscription would be the best option.  You will be amazed at what you can achieve in 3 months.
