Marylou McDonnell instructs the following:
  • 90 Minute Class
  • This 90 minute class is a full Bikram Yoga class. The class is a 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched.

  • Silent - 90 Minute Class
  • This class is not for first timers. For the more experienced students the class is conducted in silence, with only the name of each posture being called.
