Bikram yoga has improved every aspect of my life. I believe regular practice leads to a stronger, flexible and eventually more calm mind & body. People from all walks of life practice Bikram yoga for various reasons and their hard work and dedication inspires me every time, practicing and teaching! After years of failed attempts at ‘getting fit’ and kicking bad habits the strict routine, breathing exercises and mix of tension and release had me hooked immediately. A class practicing yoga creates a special energy, never have i found myself in a more supportive and non-judgmental environment than a yoga school and i feel blessed to be part of a great community striving for health and self-awareness.

90 Minute Class
This 90 minute class is a full Bikram Yoga class. The class is a 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched.

Silent - 90 Minute Class
This class is not for first timers. For the more experienced students the class is conducted in silence, with only the name of each posture being called.

Express - 60 Minute Class
60 Minute Bikram yoga. Not the full 90 Minute. The same 26 posture series. Postures are held longer and only done once.

Candlelit - 90 Minute Class
This more advanced class in less 'instructional' and more meditative. No first timers.
