I took up Bikram Yoga after injuring myself training for a marathon. I was looking for a highly aerobic activity, which was low impact and Bikram seemed the perfect solution - little did I know how much more I found! Not only did I begin to feel a glowing inner self-confidence about my body and overall well-being but the practice has helped me focus through tough situations like the stress of work and losing my job. I have been a regular practitioner for over 2 years now and continue to see improvements and benefits; this is a practice for a lifetime - thank you Bikram!
