I started yoga about 15 years ago in my native Bulgaria.when moved to UK i was in desperate need to find a form of yoga which will provide me with great physical-mental challenge and will help me to cope with everyday life. Then i came across Bikram yoga. Not too long after my first class i decided to enrol to the TT in Los Angeles and never looked back :) Fast forward to 2013 for those of you who are looking for a form of activity that is fully programmed to give you mental physical and emotional workout don't look any further!
