Adrian Dillon

Adrian’s Bikram Yoga journey started in 2008. After his first class he had a ‘where have you been all my life’ moment and made himself a promise that one day he would share this yoga sequence as a teacher. He graduated from Goldsmiths College that same year with a degree in Sociology but before commencing on the career he thought we wanted, Adrian found that Pandora’s box had been opened. Leaving behind all thoughts of research, he followed his heart, in search for peace, strength and harmony. He developed a daily practice and later went on to study Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy at the London School of sports Massage with Mel Cash. His most challenging posture is Balancing Stick, which sometime looks like a wobbling stick. His favourite posture is Standing Bow. Adrian received a scholarship to attend the 40th teacher training in Los Angeles and graduated in the autumn 2012. He feels blessed to have found this yoga and even more blessed to be able to share it with others.



Adrian Dillon instructs the following:
  • Express - 60 Minute Class
  • 60 Minute Bikram yoga. Not the full 90 Minute. The same 26 posture series.  Postures are held longer and only done once.  

  • 90 Minute Class
  • This 90 minute class is a full Bikram Yoga class. The class is a 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched.
