Beth found Bikram yoga in early 2009 when two friends told her about this crazy new yoga they had found. She had regularly attended local village hall hatha yoga classes but had since moved away to study and hadn’t found a replacement in her new city, Manchester. Luckily the Bikram yoga studio had opened there at the end of 2008 which is where she began her Bikram journey. Her first class is a distant, blurred, sweaty memory, but the one thing she did remember when sitting out of a posture, inspecting her toenails, was the teacher telling her that if she had the energy to give herself a pedicure, she had enough energy to stand up and try to join back in. That moment made her realize how incredibly powerful this yoga could be to change your mental habits and attitude to everything in life.

90 Minute Class
This 90 minute class is a full Bikram Yoga class. The class is a 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched.

Candlelit - 90 Minute Class
This class is is conducted with limited instruction and is best for a more experienced student. Not appropriate for first timers.
