Sasha Chapman

I started practising Bikram Yoga in 2011 when I began training for the 2012 Brighton Marathon as a way to keep my body injury free. As hard as my first class was, I knew instantly I'd found something great and have stuck with it ever since. I felt so passionate about this yoga I decided to embark on Teacher Training and graduated Fall 2013. I love how friendly and diverse the Bikram community is and that I am now able to share my passion with others.



Sasha Chapman instructs the following:
  • Express - 60 Minute Class
  • 60 Minute Bikram yoga. Not the full 90 Minute. The same 26 posture series.  Postures are held longer and only done once.  

  • 90 Minute Class
  • This 90 minute class is a full Bikram Yoga class. The class is a 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched.

  • Candlelit - 90 Minute Class
  • This class is is conducted with limited instruction and is best for a more experienced student. Not appropriate for first timers.
