Luka Baggio



Luka Baggio instructs the following:
  • Bikram Yoga
  • This is the general class for Bikram yoga. The class is a 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Each class lasts 90 minutes.

  • Lunchtime Express
  • 60 Minute Bikram yoga. Not the full 90 Minute. The same 26 posture series. Some posture are held longer and only done once.

  • Candlelit Class
  • No first timers. This more advanced class in less 'instructional' and more meditative.
