Donna Noble

Donna started her yoga journey approx. 10 years ago, and discovered Bikram Yoga in August 2008. She is also certified with the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance USA. Together with being a Certified NLP Master Practitioner. Donna loves the positive effects the yoga has on the mind and body. She became a teacher so that she can share her passion for yoga with anyone that will listen. The most rewarding thing about teaching is that she gets to share her love and enthusiasm for yoga and help others to make lasting changes in their lives for the better.


Donna Noble instructs the following:
  • Bikram Yoga
  • This is the general class for Bikram yoga. The class is a 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Each class lasts 90 minutes.

  • Pregnancy
  • Class held in private studio, gently warmed. Bikram's 26 postures modified by his wife Rajashree.Each class approximately 75 minutes. Reservation suggested.

  • Lunchtime Express
  • 60 Minute Bikram yoga. Not the full 90 Minute. The same 26 posture series. Some posture are held longer and only done once.
