Dom Emley

Dom describes Bikram yoga “ like surfing – a wave of energy that everyone can ride.” He graduated teaching training in 2007, and has directed Bikram’s Teacher Training in the United States for several years.



Dom Emley instructs the following:
  • Bikram Yoga
  • This is the general class for Bikram yoga. The class is a 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Each class lasts 90 minutes.

  • Lunchtime Express
  • 60 Minute Bikram yoga. Not the full 90 Minute. The same 26 posture series. Some posture are held longer and only done once.
