Would you pour a gallon of pepsi-cola into the gas tank of a high performance car like a Porsche or Lamborghini? Of course you wouldn’t! It’s not the right fuel. It would do tremendous damage to the car wouldn’t it?

Then why do we pour cola / soda into our high performance bodies? It’s sugar and it does tremendous damage to our bodies.

When your body converts food into energy it produces a waste, just like the exhaust of a car engine. This waste can damage us — BUT — by eating food rich in anti-oxidants, we can keep this damage into a minimum.

What if there was a food / fuel that we could consume that produces very little waste? A clean fuel for our bodies…

There is, it’s called fat. Really!

Fat burns cleanly in the body. Fat is the best fuel for your brain, helping it work to its optimum, so that you are sharper and more focused than ever.

Trans-fat in processed foods is evil.

But good, quality, natural, own-processed fats are the highest quality super fuel your body can burn. Fat — does not make you fat!

Without fat in your diet, you’ll never achieve your correct weight.

Also, fat does not increase your bad cholesterol. In fact, it lowers it. In the 1970’s, fat was wrongly demonized and ever since then, we have witnessed diabetes and obesity rise to epidemic proportions.

Here is a link to a Guardian article — https://www.theguardian.com/society/2016/apr/07/the-sugar-conspiracy-robert-lustig-john-yudkin — on how the world’s top nutritional scientists have got it all wrong for so long. Everyone should read it — you’ll understand why our supermarkets are

full of super harmful, low-fat products claiming to be ‘healthy’.

We now know just how important fat is to our health.

Everybody I know who’s completed the SoHot 30-day Body challenge — cutting out sugar, increasing their fat intake, feels 20-years younger both physically and mentally.

You will experience it too.

Cut out the sugar and increase the amount of good fat such as avocados, cold-pressed olive oil, cold-pressed coconut oil, grass-fed ghee or butter.

On a cautionary note, if you still consume sugar there is no point increasing your fat intake. Sugar will rule the roost every time.

Remember, if all you achieve on this SoHot 30-day Body Challenge is to successfully cut out sugar from your diet…
